Audited Financial Statements
- Audited financial statements for the last 3 years. (An audited financial
statement is not limited to a balance sheet and an income statement. It
includes an auditor’s opinion and notes defining accounting practices and
major items on the balance sheet and income statement.)
- Statements must follow Generally Accepted Accounting Standards.
- An interim financial statement of the current year is required if the last fiscal
year ended more than 6 months prior to the Ex-Im Bank application date.
